Every LiLi coach lives for the enjoyment of kayaking and the challenge and
reward of coaching. This makes coaching with LiLi fun and inspiring and
drives the coaches to make each and every session just that - fun and
inspiring. |

| |
Every LiLi trip has a low ratio of student to coach. We concentrate hard on what you want to learn and adapt the coaching techniques to maximise progression for each individual. Targeting each person's specific interests makes each session not only more productive but also more enjoyable for the individuals involved. |

All the LiLi coaches are people who are out practising, exploring, boating
and coaching day in day out. That is their passion and their livelihood. As
a result, they are experts at what they do. Whether you are perfecting your
paddle spin or throwing huge helixes, the LiLi coaches know the ins and outs
inside out. |

For a large proportion of people, most of their kayaking will be without
professional coaching. Many of the best paddlers, and the ones who progress
the fastest, constructively coach themselves. We aim not just to teach a
stroke or technique, but to help people learn to coach themselves and put
structure into all their paddling sessions. The result being long term
progression way after the LiLi trip is done and dusted. |

All LiLi coaches are qualified swift water technicians and British Canoe
Union white water instructors Level 4 or above. This includes white water
safety training as well as first aid qualifications. |
